Thank you for trying to get to him and if we can retrieve his real address and information we will send it to you We have written *** on several occasions as well because they are responsible for having Rick's info on their site and they know what he has done yet they are not doing much about it themselvesThey also are not honoring their own guarantee of replacing items that a service provider has damagedWe will also send info on that We have written to *** so many times yet they give us the same song and dance over and over I am including just one of the many correspondences that we'd had with them and I included our latest letter to Rick Q*** Thank you
