8/17=Mr [redacted] called to respondThis customer had the business cut and remove bushes/trees on her side of the fence onlyThis was done as best as possible on her side of the fence because customer was unwilling to remove the fenceWhen business returned to customer's house to collect on a bad check, the neighbor on the other side of the fence was upset that the bushes/tress were not removed from his sideBusiness stated the job was for her side of the fence, and in order to remove all bushes/trees, the fence would have to be removed and another job performedThe neighbor was upsetThe customer paid for the job in full with cash

Enclosed is a copy of the agreement with Rick's Tree Service as you requestedSorry it isn't prettyIt was written on Rick's flyer, with Scott, on my porch swingIt is signed by Scott and money was exchangedI believe that fits the definition of a legal contractOther notations were written on the same flyer as the situation progressedNothing has changedThe situation is exactly the same as it was when I filed the complaintI am definitely not satisfied with Rick's response.Rick did a great job of supervising the tree removal at my homeHe did none of the physical laborReference your letter of 11/10/"He has every intention of going back to the consumers house and finishing the job." I don't believe a broken foot or a health condition would prevent him from using his expertise to supervise the grinding of the stumpScott is certainly capable of doing the physical labor

Consumer called and said he had hired another company to grind the stump for a cost of $and he therefore he is not pursuing his complaint against Rick's Tree Service

Rick W*** called Revdex.com to reply to this complaintHe said he did not agree to grind the stump and if the consumer has a contract, the subcontractor must have signed itMrW*** said he would be willing to grind the stump in exchange for the additional $due for the job, but he is now unable to do so due to health problemsTherefore he is willing to accept the $he was paid for the work done and the consumer can use the $to have someone else grind the stump
