On 07/04/2014 customer called into office, stated
he lost a large limb from a Maple tree in his back yard.  The limb was sitting on the cable wires.  He wanted an...

estimate on removal of the tree
with leaving the wood.  We sent our
estimator out the same day.
On 07/07/2014 customer called in to state he would
like to have the work done.
On 07/08/2014 we sent a crew out to remove the
tree.  While on the job we received a
phone call from our crew leader that a patio stone was broken during the
removal of the tree.  The crew located a
stone the customer had behind the shed and replaced the broken stone.  We contacted the customer as soon as we were
notified.   We discounted the customer
$40 for compensation for said stone. 
 On 07/17/2014 the customer left a voicemail
stating he was home from vacation.  He
also stated he had lightening hit a tree in his front yard but that the tree
was okay.   We called customer back and
left a voicemail. 
On 07/28/2014 customer called in and said he had
an issue.  A 2x2 square of stone was
broke, he looked online and it was $40. 
(This is the same said stone that we called him on when our crew broke
the stone).  He also stated that there
were ruts in his yard between his Beech and Willow, also by the porch.  He also stated he will be mailing the
check. 
On 07/28/2014 customers spouse called in and paid
the bill via credit card.
 On 07/30/2014 customer left voicemail asking owner
to come look at the ruts in the yard.  On
07/31/2014 we returned his phone call and had to leave a voicemail.
On 08/01/2014 customer called and spoke to
secretary.  He stated he hoped to hear
from owner about ruts.   
On 09/03/2014 customer called.  Claimed he still had ruts in his yard.  Was still waiting to hear from owner. 
 On 09/05/2014 Owner called customer and sent out a
crew to re grade yard.  Customer stated
that he was very happy with the work.

Review: Ricks provided tree service approx. 2 months ago taking down a large Norway maple in my back yard...the estimate 1300.00 and paid, included language indicating that the company would use boards under their equipment so as not to leave ruts in my lawn...The work was performed, everything good on that end but their equipment left ruts in my yard that need to be taken care as mowing across the ruts is extremely rough...I've left no fewer than 4 messages and have spoken with someone each time, Jenna who answers their phone. On each occasion she's indicated she will pass along the information I've provided to the owner Jodi. I've not received a call back from them to resolve the issue with my lawn. I've done a substantial amount of business with them over the years and don't understand why they're not calling back.Desired Settlement: I would like Ricks to respond to my calls and work with me to take care of the ruts their trucks/equipment left in my lawn...
