It also consisted of all electrical wiring thermostate and furnace.After install everything was working properly and was praised for great work. All was good!! 5/11/10 This particular line of equipment carried a (5) year parts warranty which expired 5/5/2015 and (1) year labor warranty which expired 5/5/2016.After receiving a call on 5/14/15, I, 6/11/15 replaced a central board in out door unit at No charge and warranty was over with my records show! All was working properly!I don't recall going back over or ever receiving any calls according to my memory or records. I just can't figure out that if myself and 2 other companies which was supposely called! Could not find anything wrong if there was a problem! I had warranted the product far longer than I should have both parts and labor. And I will not pay for a new unit to be installed!I have been in business for 28 years and have an excellent track record with the Revdex.com and will strive to keep it that way till I retire which will be soon!Sincerely,[redacted]
