I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Rick’s Home Improvement has shown themselves to be incapable of completing the work requested. None of the work done to date was satisfactory and when asked to fix the work, they stole my property and demanded additional money. I have no intention of being scammed further by this dishonest business owner. The only acceptable resolution is a refund of what was paid. Paying for incomplete and incorrectly completed work is unreasonable.Regards,

12/20/2017 3:42 pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they will come out and not charge the additional $200.00 only if the consumer agrees to pay the balance due of $400.00 and consider the job completed.

strip the drawers and the consumer was not happy.The company stated they did use the right paint. The company stated the paint was chunky, they had to strain it and they put the strained paint into a can marked flat, this is why the consumer thinks the wrong paint was used.The company stated they did offer to buy a new can of paint and re-do the work a couple of weeks ago and the consumer refused.The company stated they paid someone $500.00 alone just to do drawers plus the cost of the other material. The company stated they have spent more that what they collected from her - the company stated they are not willing to refund any money but they are willing to still come back and do the work.
