I would like to say Rick is very knowledgeable and helpful in the design and kept my cost somewhat low. His contractor workers did very well, except the person who did the sprinkler system, he was not very knowledgeable in smart controllers, also his design was lacking as well, based on Hunter's design method. After the winter, I started having problems with low drainage and one zone to the bushes is not having any water output.

Trees and Bushes: C one tree died and half my bushes died
Rocks and Drainage: A
Flower Beds: B almost all of the plants died
Sprinkler System: F
Sidewalk and Patio: A
Customer Service Before: A
Customer Service After: D (after he replaced the tree, I gave up, also I had a bigger tree and replaced it with a small one, so I go hosed on that deal

Would I recommend Rick, it depends! I was completely satisfied once the project was done. Then, afterwards, sprinkler system issues, tree died, bushes died, plants died was not to happy with on going problems
