Review: I purchased two oil change packages from this business. When using the first one the oil filter gasket was creased and folded over causing oil to spew all over my engine and driveway. It caused me to take my car into a shop leaving it there for two days to have it assessed and cleaned. It has also cause what seems to be a permanent stain on my driveway. Fortunately my regular mechanic did not charge me for the clean-up of the car and a replacement oil filter. They did, however, think the filter on the car was one they installed in the previous oil change which leads me to believe it is possible the shop took the old filter off and put it back on causing the problem. The second experience was, by far, one of the rudest customer encounters I have ever had. After waiting a significant amount of time even with an appointment and having other customers served at the counter who did not have appointments the employee insisted my car take synthetic oil. I have never used synthetic oil in this car and do not want to make that transition. The employee said "how do I know that, you could be lying to me." The first two years of owning this new car I had the oil changed at the dealership and they never recommended this. I am a casual and laid back person and the owner started yelling at me saying he could not do the oil change, honor my purchase saying things like he "did not know me from Adam" and "you can come back and sue me." He just kept going on and on and yelling. When I was leaving he offered me a free oil change WITH 100$ of service. Unrelated, but another aspect of this visit was with an elderly customer. Because I was there so long I was talking with this woman who was paying $75 just for an oil change and she was happy because she said she negotiated the price down. Seems slippery.Desired Settlement: 1. Make other customers aware of the incompetency and utter rudeness regarding my failed oil filter and horrible treatment.

2. $ to have a professional remove the large oil stain on my driveway.
