I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I will accept the offer made by the business only because I have no other choice. I do not agree with their comments. I understood exactly what the Tech told me which was stated in my complaint. Please have the $200 credited to the card that was previously given to the Tech at the time of service.

In regards to the claim made against Rick's Plumbing Service;Rick's Plumbing went out and re-installed Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]'s existing 1973 model dishwasher after they had new tile installed. Rick's Plumbing also replaced the old angle stop and supply line at this time, which is why the estimate...
had went up. If this was a new dishwasher that RPS had supplied, we could warranty these claims, but this is a old dishwasher that after speaking with Mr. [redacted], had previously had leaking door issues. After receiving this complaint, we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and have agreed to install a new dishwasher (provided by customer), at no cost to the customer. RESPONSIBLE MASTER NUMBER OF 19971, HE INSISTED WE WERE NOT BECAUSE SOMEONE AT HIS WATER COMPANY TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT LICENSED, I THEN GAVE HIM INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW HE COULD GO TO THE STATE WEBSITE AND SEE THAT RICK'S PLUMBING IS 100% LICENSED AND INSURED. WE LOOKED AT THE PICTURE AND DID NOT SEE ANY WIRE OR METER OF WHAT HE IS SPEAKING OF TO BE DAMAGED AND TOLD HIM HE NEEDED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH HIS WATER COMPANY AND WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP IN ANY WAY WE COULD. OUR TECH WHO IS LICENSED BY THE STATE DID NOT DAMAGE THIS METER OR WIRE IN ANY WAY. MR. [redacted] HAS PURCHASED 2 MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS. THE OTHER 2 WERE GIVEN TO HIM AT NO CHARGE COMPLIMENTARY OF RICK'S PLUMBING SERVICE. To Whom it may concern:Rick's Plumbing stands firm with our first statement in regards to Mrs. [redacted]'s foundations issues. We have since been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and believe we have reached a solution with the customer in regards to the shower. Rick' Plumbing has agreed to have the small screw hole on the new fiberglass shower repaired. Rick's Plumbing has also hired a glass company to replace the glass shower door. In regard to Mrs. [redacted]'s comments about another consumer she spoke of, of course there are two sides to each story, but without getting into that the last text message received from customer from California was quote "Great news! I appreciate that. Thank you very much. If you come personally with your crew, I'd like to shake your hand, bury the hatchet and make amends. Your call." end quote. Documentation available. This will be our last response in regards to this matter, any further communication needs to be directed to our Attorney, or Mrs. [redacted] has Rick's phone number. [redacted]

I checked my husband's bank account this morning and Rick's Plumbing has not credited back the $200.00 as promised.
