I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

December 13,2016Facts concerning [redacted]. We were called 10/07/16 to run a snake, we did. Everything flowed properly. Charged $208.002. We were called again 11/01/16. full.3. We Rick’s Repair Service is not [redacted], we do not pump septics, never had and never will.4. We never told her we couldn’t dig up the tank. Nor did we recommend her to have it dug up. We told her we do not pump tanks.5. Confusion lies between Mrs. [redacted] thinking we were the company she called to pump tank. That is [redacted], NOT Rick’s Repair Service [redacted].6. In spirit of resolution I will however refund her the $208.00 we charged and the $94.00 we charged, totaling $302.00. Being that our work did not solve her problem.
