Rick's RV Center

So had work done on my RV with Ricks RV in El Cajon

I was Charged for 3 Batteries only received 2 new ones .

After paying them $749.00 and leaving and Believing all 3 batteries were new

We than came to realize after months later because they left one old in it slowly drained the the other two batteries which are longer good .and now we are having to replace all three again . and in stead of them owning up to their mistakes or offering at all to help compensate they said not their problem!!! Be ware !!! they also left a wrench in the engine compartment ,and rag They had disconnected our air bags and had my Husband drive off lot which also almost caused him to to get in an accident . And left our loading compartments open so when we turned corner all our stuff fell out ! Very disappointed in there customers service I will never go back or refer them business
