Consumer called Revdex.com to advise that work has still not been completed.
Enclosed is a copy of the agreement with Rick's Tree Service as you requested. Sorry it isn't pretty. It was written on Rick's flyer, with Scott, on my porch swing. It is signed by Scott and money was exchanged. I believe that fits the definition of a legal contract. Other notations were written on the same flyer as the situation progressed. Nothing has changed. The situation is exactly the same as it was when I filed the complaint. I am definitely not satisfied with Rick's response.Rick did a great job of supervising the tree removal at my home. He did none of the physical labor. Reference your letter of 11/10/15. "He has every intention of going back to the consumers house and finishing the job." I don't believe a broken foot or a health condition would prevent him from using his expertise to supervise the grinding of the stump. Scott is certainly capable of doing the physical labor.

going back and fort with jo [redacted] for her claim. I would pay this lady for the $50 bucks she's asking. So I would get in contact with jo [redacted] ASAP and mail her a check for 50 dollars.Also if she'll be so kind not to ever call me or contact me again for any matter, including wood chips. Becouse I spend time and money including gas to deliver those wood chips and this is how she pay me. it is not fair

He has every intention of going back to the consumer's house and finishing the job, but it won't be till mid-December when he should be recovered from...
