My family and I live in Naples,FL and we certainly to Miami to visit my grandmother and we stopped at this Bakery to get some Tequeïï��ï��os. On their menu it clearly says Venezuelan Tequeïï��ï��os Cheese or cheese with guava for $1.35 each. They wanted to sell it to us for $2.00. They refused to honor us the cost that's on the menu. They kept telling us that they sell two different types of Tequeïï��ï��os and that the "Venezuelan" ones cost $2.00. but like I said on their menu clearly states VENEZUELAN TEQUEïï��ï��OS FOR A $1.35. We tries speaking to the owner and he was no where to be found. The lady named Ivonne was getting very rude with us and yelling at my aunt attacking us that we are making a big deal out of nothing. We were very calm the entire time staying that even though that maybe an error on their part they still have to honor the price that states on their menu. I have have a picture of it as well in case they change it and say it was not true. It's a business. It's not our fault that they made an error you still have to honor us the cost. We need this to be solved because it's not fair that they take advantage of us.

Store Credit All we would like is for them to honor all 20 of the tequeïï��ï��os we originally wanted to get at the price that is advertised on their menu which is $1.35. Like I stated we drive very frequently from Naples,FL to Miami,FL which is about 2 hours to visit family and the previous owners to this place were very nice and if their is an error on their part they would honor it.
WE HAVE 5 LOCATIONS AND WE ARE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 18 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST CUSTOMER COMPLAIN THAT WE HAVE WITH Revdex.com. IN OUR STORE MENU WE HAVE AND SELL TAQUEÃ?OS ALSO KNOWN AS A "DEDITOS DE QUESO OR GUAVA" A TYPICAL VENEZUELAN BAKERY GOODY. HAPPEN TO BE THAT BECAUSE OF THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THIS PARTICULAR STORE THE VENEZUELAN CLIENTELE IS REALLY BIG. WE STARTED A NEW LINE OF PRODUCT AND BESIDE HAVING THE TAQUEÃ?OS IN THE MENU (SMALL ONES) WE STARTED MAKING OUR OWN TRADITIONAL VENEZUELAN TAQUEÃ?OS WHICH ARE BIGGER AND DIFFERENT COMPARING WITH THE ONES WE ALREADY HAVE FOR SALE. IVONNE, THE STORE SHIFT LEADER COMUNICATE TO THIS LADY THAT WE HAVE TWO VERSIONS OF THE TAQUEÃ?OS AND SHE INMEDEATELY AGREE TO GET THE NEW TAQUEÃ?OS NOT THE SMALL ONES AND SHE DEMAND TO GET HONORED THE SAME PRICE. IVONNE EXPLAINED THE LADY "***" THE REASON WHY THE TAQUENOS WERE MORE EXPENSIVE AND NOT ALREADY IN THE MENU BOARD. MRS.GONZLEZ RESNDED BACK TO MY EMPLOYEE THAT IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM TO CALL THE OWNER. IVONNE HONOR THE PRICE OF $1.35 FOR THE 20 TAQUEÃ?OS SHE BOUGHT TO MAKE HER HAPPY. RIGHT AFTER SHE WANT TO BUY ANOTHER 20 TAQUENOS AND AT THAT TIME WE RUNNED OUT OF PRODUCT BECAUSE SHE BOUGHT THE 20 WE HAVE FOR THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION FOR THE DAY. STORE CREDIT IS NOT NEEDED BECAUSE WE HONORED THE PRICE ON THE MENU AND ALSO AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURES ATTACHED WE CORRECT MANUALLY THE PRICE TO AVOID CONFLICTS LIKE THIS. GENUINELY WE OFFER THE NEW PRODUCT AND THE CLIENT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US AS BUSINESS. NEVER THE LESS, WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HONOR TO MRS. *** ANOTHER 20 TAQUENOS AT $1.35. WE WORK VERY HARD AND ALL OUR BAKERY PRODUCT IS HAND MADE AND OUR CLIENTELE APPRECIATE THAT. HOPEFULLY MRS. GET TO UNDERSTAND SOMEDAY THAT WE VALUE THE HUMAN MAN POWER AND WE WANT TO KEEP OUR TRADITIONAL FLAVOR SOMETHING THAT MAKE US WHO WE ARE RIGHT NOW. SHE IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO VISIT OUR STORE ANY TIME WITH A COPY OF THE RESOLUTION OF THIS COMPLAIN AND GET THE CASHIER CALL ME (OMAR - COO OF THE COMPANY)TO HONOR HER THE PRICE FOR 20 TAQUENOS. WE COMPLETLY CHANGE THE PRICE AND ONLY CARRY ONE KIND OF TAQUENO.

We never got the 20 tequenos for the honored price. We only purchased 4 which was a separate order and the lady insisted that because we got the 4 already the 20 tequenos we wanted to still get were not going to be honored at the price listed on the menu. WE only wanted 20 total NOT 40. and I repeat we never got them. She said the owner said that they couldn't honor it that is why I am fighting the issue because it was. So NO they did not honor the 1.35 for the 20 that we did NOT GET ALL because the lady insisted that they were not going to honor THEIR MISTAKE. Unfortunately being in business for so long and them having so many locations it takes one to notice and speak up. If we were honored the 1.35 for the 20 we wanted to get we wouldn't be here fighting it. My aunt asked to speak to the owner and neither of them wanted to talk to her. My mom and I have been going to that bakery for as long as I can remember when the previous owners where there never did we have a problem. THE SIGN WAS THEIR ERROR and they didn't want to honor the mistake to us and that is why I submitted the complain.

Mrs. Please go to the location any time you want and ask the cashier to call the owner to get authorization and we will be honored the 1.35 for 20 taquenos. We satisfy our cliente and we try all the time to do our best possible. we dont warranty we will have that amount because we sell thru the day this product. but what ever units are available we will sell it to you.
