I am responding to the complaint that Ms6\H!II made to the Revdex.com regarding her experience at Continental Cleaners, Ms *** has a very different store regarding what happened on November 15, 2016, She was very rude to my employee and when she did not get the response shf! was looking for she
proceeded to harass an employee at another location that she contacted by phone, The level of rudeness and profanity that was used by Ms*** was so upsetting to my staff that I personally had to go to the other location and
calm my employee down, Ms*** threatened my employee and stated she was watching her from her vehicleI am unclear as to how Ms*** got herself into such a hysterical state over a pair of pants but I would in fact like her to apologize to my employee named Joann who she was belligerant to on the phoneMs *** was in fact paid for a pair of pants by my company,I have not taken the time to respond to this ridiculous complaint as 1 have been navigating the death of a family member and helping care for another family member that was in a serious auto accident I personally spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the Revdex.com website and how to respond to this complaintSince I was not able to respond on-line I am submitting this via fax
