Had my kitchen installed by then but did
very irresponsible
does not arrived on time
does not keep their word
their material is good but the workman labor is not
very good.. waited for a door for 2 weeks because in came in damaged.
not too happy with them..
I'm was trying to support my people but not worth it.

When I chose to buy cabinets and countertops from this company and have them install it I expected professional service and what I received what the opposite. After ordering cabinets and countertops around Dec. 28 or 29th, taking 2-3 weeks to come in and have them put it together, Ricky and I decided that he would come on Monday Jan. 25th at 9am to install the cabinets. At around 10am I called Ricky as he did not arrive at 9am and he did not answer. I called the office number and no answer. He decided to show up a little after 1pm and his helper told me that they had another delivery that did not expect to take so long. What delivery does he have before 9am?? He couldn't start that day as I had to leave at 4pm to pick up my kids from school. So we decided he would come on Wednesday at 9am. Wednesday comes and he shows up at 10am. He installed my cabinets. After he was almost done, he showed me one of my pipes had a hole that was spraying out water and so he had to remove it and I had to buy another pipe to replace it. I ended up buying a whole bunch of pieces to fix my plumbing, something I was not expecting to do and spending money I really did not have. I had to call someone to fix it for me. The thing is that there was no leaking at all when I had the old cabinets so I assume he must of poked a hole in my piping while removing my old cabinets or doing whatever he was doing with a drill. After he was done with the cabinets he then told me he had to cut the countertops on Thursday and I told him I would call him on Thursday to see when he can come install those. I went to the office on Thursday afternoon to pick up my receipt of the charge of the cabinets and installation and spoke with him in person to tell him he can come on Saturday after 12pm as my kids had baseball practice in the morning to install the countertops. Because of the rain that week the practice was cancelled so I called Ricky around 11:45am to let him know I was home and he can come at that moment if he was able to. He told me he would come at 1:30pm and I said ok. He showed up at 3:00pm in which it was too late as I had plans and had to leave my house at 4pm. I explained to his helper how upset I was about his timing and that he was supposed to be at my house at 1:30pm. I told him that he either comes on Sunday morning to install my countertops or he can leave them and I will have someone else install it for me. He decided to leave them but he would come on Sunday at 9am. Surprisingly he showed up at 8:58am to install my countertops. After he was done he realized he forgot one of the backsplashes. We arranged for him to come on Monday (the next day) to put up the backsplash. I told him I would be home all day until 4pm and he said ok. Monday comes and he did not show up at all!!! No phone call by either of us. Tuesday came and noshow and no phone call. I went to the office I believe on Thursday to complain and see when he was coming to finish putting up my backsplash. He was not in but spoke to him on the phone and he said he would come before 4pm as I had to leave at 4pm to pick up my kids. He showed up around 3pm to finish. At this point I was so upset and frustrated and disappointed with their service. I can't believe it takes them a week to install cabinets and countertops on a small kitchen because that is what I have, a small kitchen. And I noticed that 2 of my backsplashes that meet in the corner (and L shape) is not even. One is a little higher than the other one that meet together. I didn't say anything because I was already so irate with them. I seriously don't know how they are still in business. One of the worse service and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional.
