II was charged $192 for service that I did not receive.
On Friday, November 30, 2018, I called for service for a leak in my RV. It was raining at the time of the call and had been raining all day. The service repair man came out, and I showed him where the leak was. He said there was nothing he could do because it was raining. He then charged me $192. When I asked what he was charging me for, his response was that it was for a house call and a service charge. This man performed NO service. He charged me $192 for NOTHING! They made no mention during the initial phone call of not being able to make a repair in the rain. He came to my RV anyway, took my money, and left.
I would like a full refund and do not want their service, because I do not trust them. He said he would charge me again for coming out another time.
We were called to make a repair on site for a water leak. It was expressed to us by the customer that he believed it was a city water leak. We had no reason to believe it was related to an exterior rain water leak. Had we known that, we would have advised the customer that we could only identify the issue and return for repair or scheduled for a dry day. The customer had the city water connection off when the technician arrived and he told the technician that it had been leaking even on a sunny day. All of this led us to attempt to locate a leak in the water system. Upon investigation, the technician discovered that the problem was from an exterior rain water leak. At that time the technician explained to the customer that we would have to return when it was dry to make the needed repairs. He also submitted an estimate for the needed repairs. The customer was not billed for a completed job, but for the service call and diagnostic time only with intent of collecting only the additional cost at the time of completion. We often have to make multiple trips depending on the repair or repairs needed. It is our policy to collect for any billable services at each repair visit until the job is complete. It is our policy to advise our customer of our rates and any known potential for delay or any reason we may not be able to complete a job before we schedule. Had the problem been in the city water system as we and the customer seemed to believe, we would have been able to complete the repair at the time of service. I am sorry for any misunderstanding, but I do not feel that our service writer or technician did anything improper.

Hello, the reason I'm dissatisfied with this huge charge is bc the repair guy came out in the rain...told me I had a leak (which I knew and called about) then he said couldn't do anything until it stopped raining another day. It was raining when he was confirming the appointment and driving to me and they knew that before the almost 200$ visit and left with no service or repair provided! I'm ighly dissatisfied with this place and are many other people in my Rv resort! Thank you.
On Friday 12/14/18 at approximately 5:10 pm I left a message on cell phone voicemail for him to call me on Saturday between 9 am & 1 pm to discuss the issue more directly. He did not call back.
