We contracted with Ricmar & [redacted] to repair an existing deck and add on to itHe did not get a permit and consequently the city came out and red tagged itHe walked away from the project .We paid him 13,of the 1,contract and we are guessing it will take or or more to correct the problems, buy the rest of the materials,, purchase the permit, etcWe are in the process at this time to find someone to finish this projectThis guy scammed us big time

Ricmar & Associates, LLC does very nice and timely workI am very satisfied with the flooring job that they did for meThey also did some painting and decorating work that was done in a timely and professional mannerI highly recommend them

I found Ricmar and Associates to deliver high quality assistance in a very helpful courteous and timely manner The business is oriented toward customer satisfaction and they put service quality first

We hired RicMar at the end of October to complete a tile job in our master bathAll of the demo and prep was complete and he was hired to lay the tile on the floor and the shower and tub surroundWe had a contract and settled on a price for laborWe were in charge of furnishing supplies
The job was quoted to take 3-daysIt took months! There were multiple problems along the wayThe job was "complete" after weeks, but was so sloppy that Ric and his wife came over and ripped out a good section of the job and replaced itThe problem is that they allowed the same associate back into my house to fix it, even though Ric told me he wouldn't be backSo now I am left with an incomplete tile job that is sloppy, once again
Our expectations for this project have been:
Tile should be laid in a straight, level line
Tile should be laid flat
Individual tiles should not be crooked or askew
Grout lines should be complete, even and clean
Caulk lines should be clean and straight
Carpets should be protected from stains
Tiles and grout should be sealed
That's itThat's the expectation and standard for a tiling jobI can honestly say that RicMar and associates have failed on every single one of these pointsThey have been paid for their job and have not completed it! We have multiple, gaping holes in our groutWe have non existent caulk linesWe have sloppy, smeared caulk linesHe used visibly different grouts in our showerTHREE! There are uneven, crooked, offset tiles throughout the jobThis is an obvious problem! Our floor grout has been stained by them as they grouted the tubNone of it has been resealed since it's been torn back upMy carpet is stained in multiple areas
All of this and we can't get Ric to return our callsWe have never been angry with themWe have never yelled or been unreasonableWe have never been impatient, or rushed themWe have never threatened themWe have given them THREE MONTHS of our life, $for the job, plus around $in suppliesTo say we are disappointed is a huge understatement
We will never recommend RicMar and Associates!
