Philips auto sales II is deeply sorry about this misunderstanding, in our business we try to have a reasonable understanding with our costumers In march 2015 *** *** came into our business to purchase a Honda Accord cash now
all our agents have a good understanding about our policy and laws witch it was all explained all to her as well to all our costumersit was told to her about her title and miss *** insisted to receive her title on the time of purchase, now all our vehicle are purchase from Adesa auction and we have a couple of days to receive it so we could register to the bmv On March we had the title and costumer call to let us know that she wanted her title to be mail to her address we told miss *** that we could not mail it in her title and we insisted that we couldn't*** keep on calling with the same request finally mail it to the following address that the costumer mail it with is *** *** ** ***, in on 3/27/ from that day and on Miss *** call various time and those call were about that her car that she wanted to return it and wanted her money back and at last she call to let us know that she never receive her title from the mail and that she wanted her money back from there and on miss *** was really aggressive with words and inappropriate language and on writing too on our behave we have already order a new title from adesa witch was originally send from Illinois have been following back and forward to get this case resolve as soon as possible Best Regards, Beatriz *** Philips Auto Sales II

Hello, I received a
message Philip in regards to my complaint, he asked if I could meet him in the office on Monday, 9/12/2016, which I did. Philip, the owner of the dealership for the past years told me he knew nothing about my situation or the vehicle and just asked that I come in and explain my situation to himSo I explained the situation to him which was that I purchased a truck from his dealership on good faith based on what the sales person told me, that the rust was isolated around the wheel wells and the truck was in good safe condition. Philip told me that Israel, the original sales person that I dealt with, was let go due to problems with managementI explained to Philip that Israel told me they had done some work on the truck prior to putting it up for sale and that there were no issues with the truckPhilip was able to find documentation that they did replace the drive shaft in 4/2016, but still claim they had no knowledge of the rusted out frame Philips went on to tell me that there was nothing he could do for me since the truck was sold “as-is”, although Israel reassured me that there were no issues with the truckHe said the only thing he can suggest was for me to bring the truck in and let his mechanic take a look at it and see if it can be repaired, but could not guarantee me any type of satisfactory resolution. This frame cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. Instead of taking the truck back to this dealership and to “his” mechanic, I requested an estimate from a reputable repair shop in Brownsburg, IN Please see the attached estimate to replace the frame. To pay to have this frame replaced, after the $for the truck I will pay far more than the truck is even worth.The only satisfactory resolution is for Philips Auto Sales to return my money to me and me to return this truck back to them. This truck should have been salvaged and never sold to be driven on the streets Thank you for your time, *** ***

We have tried vigorously to call our customer on behalf of this situation and to no avail have they answered or responded to us
I have researched all information that I can and there isn't nor has there been a code for this type of situation
I have spoke with several inspectors from Norman, Cleveland county and all of them agreed that none of them know of a code that states anything about nails through a roof hitting linesI also spoke with someone on the Board of Construction and they also agreed there is no code for this situation as of this date
In our contract with the customer it clearly states that we don't cover lines being hit in the atticThere isn't any way the nail could go all the way through and hit the line unless the line was right up against the decking and in which that shouldn't be that close to the decking and if it was then the responsibility would be on the AC installer
We have, however, had instances when a customer calls us with this problemWe have helped them and actually called an AC person to come out and fix it at a reasonable rate that the customer has paid themselvesWe put the customer in a hotel for the time it takes to get it fixed so that way they are comfortableI do believe the company that this customer called truly overcharged them for this type of situation
We are a company that cares about our customers and we do go above and beyond to help our customers in any way we can
I have tried on several attempts to reach this customer and work this out with them but I can't get in touch with themIf they would like to call the office and speak with me so we can come to a reasonable and fair agreement on both parts that would be wonderful

Yes they tried twice to contact me but I am not interested in a dealI want to be refunded the cost of my AC line replacementThe reason I spoke about city code is *** told my mother that my AC line must not have met city code by being inches from my decking, as well as *** told me that on the phoneI don't know why he decides now to say he doesn't know of any codes since I can prove my remodel was inspected by the city building inspectorAs to a nail going through a roof it does happen, they can go through where decking abutsI had a coworker who just had his roof replaced at the same time I did, he went to check in his attic after hearing my story and when he pulled down his attic stairs a nail fell outI have photo's of my AC line set and it is not up against the deckingHas for being over charged I went on line and to order a AC line set for the footage I need is approximately 587.52, I had zero freon so at 5lbs at dollars a pound that's Freon prices per the internet are anywhere from to dollars per pound so this seems like a relative fair priceIf you add it they equal So if you add in labor for two installers and few other things like brackets, caulk etcyou come up with about 1200, of that is the initial service callUpon notifying them of my situation I had been without AC for days in the month of August, I had worked hour shifts with very little sleep, they didn't offer me a hotel room, they immediately accused me of having improperly placed pipes and notified my mother of thatNeither *** or *** have bothered to look in my attic to even see if that is soThey only offered me a AC repairman after I became angry and fired them, by then why would I trust their repairmanI believe in a court of law a accuser has the burden of proofThis company has acted in an accusatory matter since the moment they were aware of what happened, it is obvious from their response they have no intentions of paying, so I will seek other assistance in this matter, thank you
