Hello Mrs***, My name is *** *** and I am the director of operations of RicoLifeWe recently received a claim (claim id#11784916) from Mrs*** *** stating that we had done a wrong charge and she wants we provide a reimbursement. However, as mentioned to you in our
brief phone call this afternoon our merchant provider experienced a glitch on their system and many orders that were already settled were re-run and consequently the same order was charged twiceThis happen to our company and many others to which they provide service toWe were notified about this and we were told that we had nothing to do and that they would take care of it by doing a reimbursement. Please find attached the chat conversation I had with a customer service representative from our merchant service providerAlso, you will see the charge and the reimbursement. You are also more than welcome to contact our merchant account Authorize.net and they will be able to confirm this information. Our company really thrives in providing the best service as possible to our customers and believes in high integrity. Our intention was not to charge double for the same order but it was something that was done by error and out of our hands. Any questions please feel free to reach out to me at anytime.
