Consumer sent the following update:I spoke to Dan, and stated that the pos violations that were corrected were putting in pluming and dry walling open area where copper used to be. However, they were not done well, or to code. The plumbing was installed faulty with no connectors to secure lines to the 4x4, and main line coming thru slab in basement was done poorly because no trench was made around stack to ensure proper seal, and had sock wrapped around it and showed water leakage. The drywall was put in place, and closed back up over improperly installed plumbing that was not inspected by city prior to closing up walls. The dry wall was poorly done, and not even with surrounding surfaces. This all came from Dan verbatim. He can be contacted to confirm. This is what I was given to relay forward.

Business responded to complaint:Good morning Ms. [redacted], Mr.[redacted] complaint is false!  I used the money for materials  and returned all materials that was lefted, to the garage as he asked. I completed  the plumbing , Electrical and  some painting was lefted.  Mr [redacted]...

do not know how to talk to another person as they are a person.  He is trying to git free work out of me and I have pictures of everything!  At this time I am going to put a lien on his property for the full amount of the contract!  I adked him to be fair and pay me for the work I have completed,  he slender me with names and talked about my work! I have nothing furthermore to talk with him about.  I  even said let the city decide how much I should get paid, he didn't want to hear that!  Ms. [redacted],  I  don't wish to have anything else to do with him, it could've been planeand simple, but he filed a complaint!  Now Mr. [redacted] has to deal with it. He even sent a threat when he was on his way in town ,the past weekend!
