Found Rictor Contracting thru a friend when needed home repairs, then have used them for the hail storm in 2010 and more recently for an attic water leak. Very reasonable, doesn't over sell work don't need, uses licensed professionals and follows up. I would recommend them for upgrades or major repairs.

My wife and I are pleased with Jeff and the subcontractors he used for our bathroom remodel. It went very smoothly and was finished in 6 days.

Rictor Contracting does a fantastic job. They will do the job quickly, and they will do it for a fraction of the price. Keep in mind, you will probably have to do any painting yourself.

With both the shower installation and the repair to the dry wall by my garage, they did the job quickly. However, the part about painting is left up to me. That isn't bad at all, but I just want to give people the heads up.

We have used Rictor Contracting for both minor and major (home remodel) and the outcome has always been excellent. Workmanship is tops plus they arrive at the scheduled time or earlier and clean up the job site before leaving. I have recommended him to many, many people.

I have done business with Rictor contractor for years. Rictor contracting did a great job with our roof repair. His estimates/bids were reasonable and fair. His workers let no debris behind. He followed up on the work that was done. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to my friends and family.

Jeff came out to our house quickly, very nice and we had a quote the same day. We talked about doing more work and he provided a quote for that same day. We decided to only do one repair and his team took care of it the next week in a few hours. The roofers were very nice and cleaned up the mess. Jeff did come back the following week for an odor we had, fixed it and offered help on anything else we should need. Will use his company for ALL contracting issues in the future.

Rictor was quick to respond when my house was damaged, and got the place secured and repaired in a timely manner.

GREAT service!!! Rictor Contracting promptly provided an acceptable, competitive quote to replace my kitchen faucet. Upon approval and authorization they scheduled the service call immediately. The repairman showed up on time, performed the service masterfully, even though the scope of work proved to be somewhat more difficult than expected.

I contacted Rictor Contracting to come to my home to give me an estimate on some repairs I wanted to do. [redacted] arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment, and we agreed to go ahead with the repairs. He and his workers arrived on time, and the repairs were done sooner than I expected, and with great workmanship.
