IntelliCorp Records learned of Mr [redacted] ’s complaint on Tuesday, April 26, In the complaint, the consumer states that the information in the background check report did not pertain to him Mr [redacted] also submitted a reinvestigation request on Monday, April 25, 2106, with IntelliCorp’s Reinvestigation Unit The Reinvestigation Unit reviewed the background check report, verified its contents and removed any records that did not belong to Mr [redacted] An updated report and letter was sent to Mr [redacted] on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, and to the business that requested the background check report In the letter, instructions were also given to Mr [redacted] to contact the entity that provided information associated with his address history as he noted an error in one of the addresses in that portion of the report The formal dispute reinvestigation process that IntelliCorp used in this matter complies with state and federal guidelines, as well as the [redacted] (***)

IntelliCorp Records, Incofficially became
aware of *** *** complaint that was posted on the RevDex.com site on Monday, May 11, 2015. The complaint centers on records
reported on a consumer report that *** *** states do not belong to
him. *** ***
initiated a dispute with our Compliance Department
(Reinvestigations Team) on Saturday, May 9, at 3:49pm. The
Compliance Department acknowledged *** ***’s dispute and let him know that
the reinvestigation was underway. Results of the Reinvestigation were
sent to *** *** and the client that ordered the initial search on May 14,
2015. The reinvestigation process complies with state and federal
guidelines as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

On June 1, 2017, IntelliCorp reached out to *** *** and had a very positive conversationHer frustration stemmed from the fact that she has experienced billing issues in the past with IntelliCorp, and wants the account invoiced correctlyIntelliCorp explained that the email sent on 5/31/
yesterday was in errorA subsequent email was sent out to ignore the previous email (copy below)IntelliCorp has also added her as a new billing contact on their accountMary was very pleased with the call and plan for resolution. Dear Valued Client, Today your company received a Service Suspension Warning emailThis email was sent in error and your account is not days past due. Please disregard the notice. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. IntelliCorp Records
