On July 12, 2017, I ordered a Riddell football helmet for my son, [redacted] Order total was $482.52, which included tax and shipping My credit card HAS been charged When I placed the order, it was stated that I should receive the helmet in 2-weeks August 2, was business weeks I am trying to get a status of my order because my son starts football practice in two days I have sent an email, sent a [redacted] message with no response I have called the customer service number of ( [redacted] , which was provided to me on my email order confirmation I have called at least ten times, all with average wait times of 30+ minutes I have never been able to get through This is extremely frustrating I have ordered a product, they have taken my money and I have no way of contacting them

The customer shipped the helmet to us on Riddell's prepaid FedEx label on tracking XXXXXXXXXXXX which was initiated on 7/23, not
shipped until 7/27, and delivered on 7/The customer was emailed on 8/and called on 8/Payment was received on 8/From the beginning the customer was told 1-weeks for a helmet evaluationWe would follow up with the results of the evaluation, discuss a price, and take paymentFrom the point payment was received the process would take 5-weeks
The customer requested one return delivery address when the process started, then requested another after the factMrs*** just asked we send the helmet to her son at college and could not even provide me with the address at the time of the requestWe had to wait for her to look it and require that information be submitted in writing via email
The customer initiated this process with unrealistic expectations as the season starts in early August and this process was not started until the end of JulyI spoke with this customer personally on 8/and said we would do everything we can to completed the order as fast as possible, but cannot guarantee a delivery date
