In response to [redacted] Complaint, filed with the Revdex.com. Please note, the complainant started our program in September, 2014 and waited 22 months after completing the NutriMost Weight Loss Program before making a claim. At any point during her 40-day weight loss program or shortly...

thereafter, our office would have been more than happy to address any of her concerns. I personally stay in touch with every single client, via text message, while they are on the program, to assure that they receive personalized attention to their needs and concerns. There is not one occasion that Ms. [redacted] reached out to myself or a staff member, within my office, to discuss the concerns she has made in this complaint. This is evidenced by the attached text conversations between myself and Ms. [redacted]. Secondly, she references the HCG diet as part of her complaint. The NutriMost Weight Loss drops do NOT contain the HCG hormone, as the ingredients are listed right on the bottle. It is correct that our program is a low calorie weight loss program, but I reiterate, it is not the HCG diet. Ms. [redacted] also references gallstones as a side effect, yet she has provided no medical evidence that she had this reaction or has even made a claim that she did. In my opinion, her complaint needs to address her actual experience and not that of someone else. Furthermore, if Ms. [redacted] is claiming that she has had adverse medical conditions, given that she completed the program so long ago, how are we to be sure that it is relationship to the NutriMost program and not something else within the last 22 months. Again, I have not heard a single thing from Ms. [redacted] in the past 22 months, until a letter showed up requesting a full refund, which I forwarded to the corporate office for review and determination. It was then decided that her request for refund was denied due to the fact that she made no complaints or requests for refund within a reasonable amount of time.
