Long delays to response resulted in my account balance rising and rising.
We were in negotiations on delinquent account and the office took more than 3-5 business days to reply to my questions about getting it reduced which resulted in $100s of dollars to be added to my account. They refused to remove them. Some were even "due to the holidays" that they took more than 16 days to respond. I had to go on facebook and look the person up that is in management to get a response.
