NEVER use this service My husband and I booked a car to drive us from Sky Harbor to Tucson, door-to-door I spoke to Mr*** He seemed odd He didn't seem to realize, for example, that you couldn't make a phone call from an airplane He also pressured me to add a tip to my credit card when he took the number I declined and he seemed angry about that I should have trusted me gut
A couple of hours later, I got a phone call from a woman who said that we would have to change cars and change drivers in Casa Grande Maybe Or maybe not She wasn't sure I was shocked I would never have booked a ride that I thought was a straight ride door-to-door if I knew we would be changing cars and drivers I told her I wanted to cancel She told me to call Mr***
I did I said I wanted to cancel the reservation (it wasn't until the next day) and he became enraged He shouted at me to stop shouting (I wasn't) He told me he had recorded our previous conversation -- that was news to me He told me I was legally obligated to pay for the ride because there were no cancellations I told him he wasn't providing the service I expected and I was not legally obligated to pay He then told me that I wasn't a lawyer and followed that with, "I am much more educated than you are."
WHAT?
And then he hung up on me
And then it got even more weird A couple of minutes later, the woman called back, all chipper, saying, "Mr*** says you confirmed the appointment! I just want to go over some details!" I said, "I never told him I confirmed anything I told him I was reporting him to the Revdex.com and the attorney general."
