Ride The Ducks

Review: We bought tickets to the 11:30 ride on Sunday, July 21, 2013, we thought. When we arrived to get on the tour, we were told there was no record of our purchase. We were not given a ticket because the associate at the ticket gate had ran out of them but we were assured there would be no problem getting on the tour. We have no receipts for this issue but there were 25 witnesses right there with us to verify this transaction. I guess there were all kinds of computer and personnel issues going on at the same time. I will not recommend this tour to anyone because of lousy customer service. Also, we wasted more than an hour of our very limited time in Philadelphia because of their obviously very poor system of doing business!Desired Settlement: I think they should get a better system in the way things such as these are handled on an obviously very busy tourist time!!
