I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I am rejecting their response because, as I have explained to them several times, I physically went into the UltraTan location to cancel my account and was told by the woman behind the counter that my account was cancelledThen a week later I noticed on my bank statement that I was still charged as though my account was not cancelled.
I was never given a copy of the contract that they sent in the email, not was I ever told that I had to give them something in writing to cancel my account.
I feel like they are being sneaky and unfair and have taken my money for no reasonAgain, I physically went into the location to close my account and the woman working there did not say anything to me about needing something in writing to cancelAll she told me is, "you're good".

On 4/Ms*** signed up for an Ultratan Platinum rewards packageHer package for April was prorated and she paid for the remainder of the monthThe electronic agreement for a monthly draft membership is attachedIt clearly states the terms of the membership and when her next draft
would come out of her account, as well as how to cancel the membership if she did not wish to be drafted for an additional month. Ms*** used the tanning services throughout April and has also used the service in May as shown on the attached historyWe have cancelled her account as requested so she will not be drafted going forwardThe proof of cancellation is also attachedShe is welcome to continue using the package until her current month expires on 5/31/16.
We make every effort to be clear with customers as how our packages work and are disappointed to lose Ms*** as a customerWe hope she enjoys the remainder of her tanning package and will consider signing up again in the future.
