Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I declare that:- To date (8/17/16) I didn't receive any cash or check from Ride The WestI want proof of any payment that I received about this refund as they said they did.- It's been about days or more since I talked on the phone to someone from Ride the WestThis conversation was about another issue that, because of the these events, I will also notify to the Revdex.com in the next daysI never get to talk to no one from Ride the West about the check they received and no one notify me, by any mean, that I had a refund waiting for me or sent by Ride the West until I read their response in the Revdex.com systemI want proof of any notification provided by Ride the West before 08/16/about this matterI also would appreciate a transcript and/or if possible the audio of the message I left to Ride the West to corroborate in what ways that message was, as defined from *** ** ***, "nasty".- In the emails exchanged with the *** *** *** attached to this response it states that I would be receiving the refund check around 07/22/from *** *** ***It can be logically inferred that it was around this date when Ride the West probably received this checkI have no notification from Ride the West about this matter till the last message in the Revdex.com system (08/16/16)- From the emails exchanged with the *** *** *** and a complaint filed against the *** *** *** it can be deduced that it was not till 08/15/when Ride the West put a check on the mail forwarded to my mailing addressBy that time the complaints to Ride the West and the *** *** *** about this matter where already filed and on-going since 08/12/If received the mail with the refund sent, as they said they sent it, it could be certified when it was put on the mailI would provide the Revdex.com this information for the file.So it can be inferred that what Ride the West was expecting me to do was to notify them that they had some money that belonged to me and remind them that it was mineThis means that if by any chance I don’t follow up this process I would be losing my money and Ride the west would be cashing itI have been trying to follow up with Ride the West since 07/22/and this is why I left the so called by *** ** *** "nasty" message on 08/11/16, so this is a proof of the lack of communication provided by Ride the WestIt took supposedly days or allegedly days for Ride the West to know that they have some money that does not belong to themIt took some unanswered phone calls, a message in the voicemail, several calls from the *** *** *** reminding him about the mistake and a notification from the Revdex.com for him to tell his staff the he would “handle it”, and still I don’t have my money.I offered proof of all the information given in this disputeRide the West statements are not founded or supported and include negatives adjectives when trying to refer about meIt is obvious that this business does not know what this dispute is about and that, starting with me, all the parts are looking for an amicable solutionBased on the last Ride the West message I will extend the desired outcome to the next propositions:- Get the refund in my bank account for the money that the *** *** *** sent to Ride the West for me to receive ($102)- Provide proof of the accusations made by Ride the West about me giving information to this dispute and, if proof can not be provided, a statement to excuse themselves for making these accusations without foundation - Correct the adjectives and the unnecessary opinions expressed to refer about me and bring the conversations to a line of mutual respect.Only when this propositions are granted by Ride the West I would consider delete any trace of this dispute from the Revdex.com systemSincerely,*** *** *** ***
