inconsistencies with the claim she providedThe two most glaring are the price of the vehicle and the declination of a warranty on the aforementionedWhile our intentions are to provide all customers with quality pre-owned automobiles and a superb purchasing experience, there are times when that doesn't happen unfortunatelyThe vehicle was presented to *** *** and she was able to go on an extended test drive with the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle after a brief negotiation periodIt was explained to *** *** that the vehicle would need to be state inspected in the state of Maryland where she stated her current residence is and that cost would be at her expenseAt the time of purchase there were no check engine lights or other issues found with the vehicle by *** ***It is my opinion that once the vehicle was taken into her choice of state inspection stations she found the costs to be more than expected to satisfy the states requirementsUnfortunately that is of no fault of our dealershipThe other puzzling item is that we never received a call at the dealership from *** ***That alone causes concern because if the vehicle was as bad as she stated why wouldn't she have contacted the dealership about her vehicle.
