Thank you for reaching out to us for a reply to this complaint (I* ***). We apologize a response was not sent sooner however, as *** mentioned when you spoke, our physical address changed and we did not receive the hard copy of the letter until today. That being said; I am happy to report this issue was resolved on Tuesday, February 25th when we were able to respond to an email sent by the customer, dated Friday, February 21st. In her email she included a telephone number, different from the number we had on file, which allowed us to connect with her to retrieve the credit card details needed to complete the refund transaction A confirmation of the refund was provided via email once posted.
If you have any questions or if any additional detail is needed, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your assistance

Review: I returned the merchandise before the holidays following their specific instructions. I used certified mail and returned the toys within 30 days. I have called and emailed but have not received my refund or a call from the company to explain where my money is.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money returned to me for the $217.00 purchase.

Review: On June 14th 2015 while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC we bought my son for his 6th birthday this ridemakerz mosnter car. We purchased it for $90.72 (after a $10 discount) which included the 27MHZ R/C, transmitter and rechargeable power pack. The first time we charged the power pack for 5 hrs. as instructed. Right from the start we noticed that once the power pack was charged the correct amount of time it did not last the time we were told & sold on by Ridemakerz staff which was 2-3 hours of play time- it only lasted for about 45min tops and then had to be recharged again. Such a waist of money for that additionl power pack that cost $ $24! However my son loved the car and since it was a huge birthday wish of his and against my initial thought of returning it, we kept it to make my son happy. We left the beach on June 20th 2015, so my son got to play with his toy car for 5 days (we bought it late on the 14th and 20th was traveling day), and each day he played with it for about 30min - 45min. Once we got back home we turned around and left the country for 6 weeks, so the toy car just sat in his room. When we returned from overseas my son wanted to play with his new toy car again so we charged it and when we placed the power pack inside the car it did make that peep peep noice however that is all it does. First I thought to go and buy regular batteries, which I did, but also that did not help! I am very, very disappointed that we spent $90.72 for a toy car that only lasted 5 days, each day about 45min. I tried calling the 1-866 number but never able to get through. I tried again today leaving my name and number- but like I said as of today there is no answer! I really would like someone call me and make this right! Either replace the car or refund my money so I can go and buy a car that will last longer than 5 days!Desired Settlement: I really just would like to see my son play with his new birthday present so my desired outcome is to either replace the car so he can play with it or refund me my money so I can go and buy another one for my son.
