Rude Obnoxious staff … I tried to get a little information on my Wife's situation and get them a little background in to her and issues she has had in the past … It seems NONE of the staff or Doctors bother to tell the next doctor, that they seems to pass the patient on to, any info at all! It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing...nor do the care. God please never ever let anyone take me to SLIDEOUT! Take me to Kiaser … I had to give a rating star but 0 is my rating...

We have no record of a patient by this name at our clinic.  I have forwarded the complaint to the hospital billing department for response.  Please feel free to contact me if I may be of further assistance.

I visited the ER in Jan 2018 and even though I gave my insurance info I have received two self-pay bills. one was addressed quickly for the Dr. by calling his offices billing dept. the Rideout hospital bill has not been addressed despite me calling and leaving messages at least 10 times a day and sending emails. I have received one call from Linda who left her personal number and I have left 6+ messages for her with no response! who do I have to call to get assistance since no one answers their office numbers or returns call?

Review: I was taken to Rideout Hospital by my husband after having 5 seizures in 1 night . I myself do not remember being there. My husband said we sat there for 4 hours in the waiting room and I was drooling and shaking ,after the 4 hours he took me down to [redacted] in Roseville ,ca and I remember being there and they took very good care of me there. As for Rideout Health they would not Except my California State Medi-cal but sent me a bill for $1,164.00. They also MADE my husband sign to self pay the bill instead of taking my Medi-cal. I do not think I should be billed for anything at the hospital as I had to go almost an hour away to be cared for somewhere else. and have another bill taken care of .Desired Settlement: I would like this bill Settled and removed off my account as I had Medi-cal and should not have to pay because I was not taken care of and had to go to [redacted] in Roseville,ca and can get the Proof that I was treated there that day for the seizures .

Review: RECEIVED A BILL FROM RASH [redacted] DATED 07092014, ACCOUNT # [redacted], CLIENT ID# [redacted], STATES RIDEOUT DID AN AUDIT ON THE ACCOUNT AND IS PAST DUE AND SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT. SVC DATE IS 01/27/2014 $120.33. WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID ALL OUR BILLS TO THE HOSPITAL. HOW CAN THEY TURN US INTO THE CREDIT AGENCY WITHOUT NOTIFYING US OF THE BILL IN THE FIRST PLACE? THEY DO NOT SAY WHAT DOCTOR IT IS FROM OR GIVE US A CHANCE TO REVIEW BEFORE TURNING INTO THE CREDIT AGENCY. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY CALLED US AND EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND GIVE US A CHANCE TO REVIEW AND PAY IF IT WAS DUE. THEY ALSO NEED TO SAY FOR WHAT DR IT WAS FOR? HOW DO I KNOW IF WE TRUELY OWE IT OR THEY MESSED UP AND SENT THE BILL TO THE WRONG PERSON. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME RIDEOUT HOSPITAL BILLING DEPARTMENT HAS DONE THIS!Desired Settlement: CONTACT US, EXPLAIN WHAT DOCTOR IT'S FOR AND WHY IT IS OWED. WE HAVE INSURANCE AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CONTINUE TO BILL INCORRECTLY.REMOVE IT FROM THE CREDIT AGENCY AND UPDATE THE CREDIT AGENCY STATING IN ERROR.
