On 10/28/Mr *** was sent a return shipping label at his request to return the original front tire and the free rear replacement due to his dissatisfaction with the manufacturer date code Jake Wilson received both tires on November 1st and Mr *** was refunded in full on November 2nd
All tires received by Mr *** were new tires, stored within manufacturer guidelines, with manufacturer date codes of or newer. Per Continental, due to the changes in tire technology and construction tires which are stored properly out of sunlight and extreme temperatures remain in good condition for over years As we want our customers to be happy with their purchases we did honor Mr ***' return for full refund and covered all shipping fees for him
