As stated by the person filing the complaint the person ordering made a mistake when ordering that they later informed us about. During the production of their order the production notes were not updated and the jerseys were created as originally ordered leaving one jersey incorrect.
When notified of an error by the customer our production manager looked in the production notes which again did not have the modification listed informed the customer to correct their order error we would charge a reduced amount. When the customer informed our production manager that they had informed us earlier of the ordering mistake he promptly sent them a prepaid paid mailing jersey to return the jersey at our cost. During the Christmas rush this error was compounded by returning the original jersey instead of a new one we made.
At this point we received several emails with threats and profanity that was so over the top that we for only the second time in years requested the client NEVER to contact this company again and offered a total refund not only on the jersey in question but her entire order. I immediately had our accountant credit back to the client the entire amount of their order which we have. The claim of not returning email is silly and far from accurate plus we did not receive any call from the client and there are no voice mails from the client
In short I will never subject my employees to such disgusting behavior by a so called adult. The client now has two custom jerseys for their son in which they have paid nothing

Although where we run our business is no concern of a customer we simply use my home address as our mailing address. 
We have already refunded this individuals money as we will not tolerate messages with "f-bombs".
