The leasing folks for The Ridge at North Texas apartment complex, including but not limited to *** Kotfer ***@achliving.com, gave my son false information (said he could bring his large dog), had him sign the beginning paperwork for a lease, never approved his lease, then said he was required to pay a $400 re letting fee for a lease he was never approved for. They have now put me on a collections list for that re letting fee even though I never cosigned for the lease (primarily due to the dog issue).
This is a deceitful business and I strongly warn others against doing business with them.

Correction to a credit report I require this fee to be removed from any account of myself or my son ***), the line item to be removed from any and all credit reporting agency reports, the collection agency Southern Management Systems to be informed that there is no debt owed, and a letter from the company stating that this has been done.
