couldSo *** had another contractor come out to look at the repair job that was done and we happened to run into him while he was there - he gave us the same assessment of the fence and even went so far as to say "there is no way that Ridge Creek caused this fence damage" but I asked him if he could do a better job of repairing it and he said he couldI then asked *** for permission to have the contracts on his property and told him I would pay for all the repairs and pay to paint the fenceWe were given permission to do that on April 30th so the job will get done on May 8-10thAs for the damage to arborvitae trees - those trees were clearly on my property shown in the survey I've attached and therefor I can replace them whenever I choose toAs for the claim that we have other neighbors angry with us - that is completely falseThis home was a parade home and I personally meet the neighbors as they came through the house and all of them were very friendly - yes they said construction is disruptive but they all said that my employees and crews were respectful and friendlyThere was some dirt and cement residue that got onto the side of his home and I've asked the stucco contractor to clean that off by May 8th

RidgeCreek has once again failed to do what they said they would doThey promised restoration, cleaning and repair to be finished by May They started some of the work on the fence and have abandoned the jobAs meteorological records show, the weather was satisfactory for such work to be completed for many of the days
RidgeCreek quoted *** Fence in saying: "there is no way that RidgeCreek caused this fence damage"However, in talking with ***, RidgeCreek failed to inform *** that the fence had been knocked down during excavationThen RidgeCreek used this statement in their Revdex.com report
RidgeCreek stated in their Revdex.com resonse "as for the claim that we have other neighbors angry with us - that is completely faulse"I have written communications that proves the opposite to be true and am happy to share that with the Revdex.com
RidgeCreek has promised (but not yet delivered) the replacement of my neighbor's fenceSaid fence suffered far less damage than my own
RidgeCreeks' statement that they were told the fence is over years old and is rotten and dilapidated is irrelevant to my demand that it be restored to it's condition prior to it being damagedIt is also incorrectThe fence in the yard unaffected by construction damage remains sturdy, straight, level and plumbed
With respect to the cleaning of the house, RidgeCreek's response to the Revdex.com stated that they asked "the stucco contractor to clean that off by May 8th"This has not been done

we have attempted to remove the stucco splatter from the home with soap and water and that doesn't workI am willing to paint the entire side of the home with stucco on it -if mr *** grants us permission and then releases Ridge Creek of any further obligationsWe have cleaned up his yard, paid for the fence repairs & painting of the fence by his chosen contractor - I even replaced the arborvitae that were on my own property and nothing makes him happySo in a last effort to put an end to this - I will paint the side of the house - but that's it

I find it fascinating that you characterize your response as if you have somehow been damagedThe only thing that will satisfy me is a) you keeping your commitments; b) you do so in a timely manner and c) you do so in a workmanlike manner consistent with the rest of my house
