Ms*** was told by the staff at the front desk she was mailed multiple bills they went without her attentionAt that time the staff requested payment but was more than willing to take a partial payment to allow her child to be seenMs*** declined

medical mutual which I have had for over years with no gaps in coverage They think they may have submitted wrong id# that they billedMedical mutual also states never got bill either ??Also not one person there told me what it was for or if I can make paymentsGirl at front desk couldn't them me ??! They just said I owed it and could not have my son seen because of this so this is a lie!! Perhaps they should train the staff better to let patients know what they owe and for what?!! And to double check the billing entry on cardI never received a bill and nor did medical mutual and I have active coverage for over years
