This customer knew she needed a new roofI did what she ask of me, roof repair only with a minimum warranty, due to the fact that the roof needs Replacing she will have on going problems I can't keep putting a bandade on a wound$of the roof repair was less than what has occurred now, I stand behind my warranty of six months that's stated on the repair work It's been over a year with this repair Yes I was wrong to not return her call, but she was a difficult customer that only wanted minimum work when the customer needed a new roof!! I am rejecting this response because: Contrary to Mr M*** statement his work has year warranty: from 5/20/till 5/20/He came by yesterday and observed the leak was closed, albeit by another roofer week ago
