Avoid Ridge Valley Exteriors in Fuquay-Varina, NC They replaced our roof, that work is fine, but the roofing team did damage to our gutters, siding and yard, and left debris everywhere This was documented and acknowledged by two separate Ridge Valley field people, one of whom even told us they wouldn't contract with that roofing crew again, but then nothing was done When I withheld final payment in an attempt to get any sort of response or action on the gutters from them, they went dark for weeks, then hit me with an 18% interest payment on the outstanding balance, and threatened to place a lien on my property I paid out of my own pocket to repair the gutters since they were clogged and leaking thanks to Ridge Valley, and they were doing nothing Ridge Valley maintained that even though their field tech said my new gutter guards would be safe, the fine print in the contract stated that they were not responsible for any damage to them We did come to a settlement, but they cost me money over and above what I paid for the roof
Aside from these issues, communication was poor to nonexistent once the contract was signed The roofing team failed to show on days they were supposed to, then showed up unexpectedly out of the blue I visited their local office this week to try to speak with someone since my calls and emails were mostly ignored It's a shared work space facility, and Ridge Valley appears to have a single person office there, which was empty at the time, but there was a putter and a bunch of golf balls on the carpet outside the door Their web page shows salespeople and field tech, I think that reflects their priorities Avoid!
