Afrter reviewing the letter from [redacted] it is my opinion that the system was working properly First , this system sends a message to the dash when there is a difference in pressures varring 3lbs or more The customer states the icon(light) came on days and hundreds of miles after the vehicle left our shop If the sensor were damaged by us the light would be on as soon as the vehicle left our shop No third party can say the sensor was damaged after a tire went flat because the probability of damage would be much greater when the tire rides on the rim This vehicle has sensors, one in each tire and all have to work for the light (icon)to stay off We take very seriously the saftey of our customers and my staff of tire employes have a combined years of tire service between them As for Goodyear offering as roadhazare protection for $20.00, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Codoes not offer any such feature, they leave this up to the dealers as to who chooses to offer this type coverage This protection is done thru an independent company, and since the year 2000, our company has not offer such policy due to only1orpercent of sales were sold As of now , I dont see where Ridgeland Service Center has any liability for a flat that occured days after the tires were installedThank you for your time [redacted] President

and hundreds of miles after the vehicle left our shop . If the sensor were damaged by us the light would be on as soon as the vehicle left our shop.  No third party can say the sensor was damaged after a tire went flat because the probability of damage would be much greater when the tire rides on the rim.  This vehicle has 4 sensors, one in each tire and all have to work for the light (icon)to stay off.  We take very seriously the saftey of our customers and my staff of tire employes have a combined 30 years of tire service between them.  As for Goodyear offering as roadhazare protection for $20.00, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. does not offer any such feature, they leave this up to the dealers as to who chooses to offer this type coverage.  This protection is done thru an independent company, and since the year 2000, our company has not offer such policy due to only1or2 percent of sales were sold.  As of now , I dont see where Ridgeland Service Center has any liability for a flat that occured 6 days after the tires were installed.
