In response to the complaint I received the customer is correct he did leave a deposit to order a specific material to replace his roof with. It is not a material available anywhere in town but it was ordered and we were shipped the wrong color. He is a very nice gentleman I very much wished to help...

as he had problems in dealing with his insurance company and they did not pay him for his roof. We were going to build it for him only at cost but were as I said unable to get it done. I will be contacting him next week to return his deposit. [redacted]
