They came out to inspect my roof and I couldn't be happierFirst they worked around my crazy schedule and short time frame They were 100% honest in telling me that even after the massive hail storm that rolled through the neighborhood I must have gotten lucky because my house had really no damage There was one cracked shingle which, Dean repaired at no charge! He also noticed that none of my vents were sealed so he sealed them all while he was up there just because, again at no charge When other roofing companies would lie and take advantage of the situation, they didn'tThey were honest and I would recommend them to anyone who is even just looking for a complimentary inspection because they will not try and take advantage of youPleasure working with them

RR&R has truly been a blessing! Their specialty is quality roofing but are also experienced contractors and can tackle all of your household project needs. I received a top of the line new roof and a complete remodel of my home, something I did not think I'd be able to afford but they were more than willing to work with me on my budget. They've went the extra mile going out of their way to get me upgrades, submitting rebates, negotiating for discounts to ensure I'd always received the best deal for my money, to assisting me with odd chores around the house on their own time. They are a family oriented business and have become my extended family who continue to take care of me which is very important being a single female on my own. They've renewed my faith that there are good people out there who are driven by the need to help and not by their bottom line. Everyone should have a team like Dean and his crew who they can completely trust on both a professional and personal level as I do.

Dean and his crew did a great job on my roof. The roof was removed and reinstalled in one day as promised even with snow on the old roof. Great job cleaning up. Dean was here to meet with the insurance adjuster and stayed in contact with the insurance company. Price was as agreed even though insurance company did not want to pay for the higher quality materials Dean used. Overall, very happy with my experience with Ridgeline Roofing and Restorations.
