I am sorry you are not pleased with the level of service received by the Ridgeview billing office
Important information you should know: We are required by card processing rules to return any refund in the manner in which the funds were originally receivedIn addition, we are obligated to return those amounts to an HSA account so that you are not inappropriately taxed for the distribution from the HSA account
Action for resolution: Please contact your HSA administrator so they can process the refund that Ridgeview has initiatedRidgeview is ready to work with you and your HSA administrator, if needed, to help return the funds to the proper account

This is a reiteration of previous responses that I have received from Ridgeview Medical Center, and is still not adequate
Ridgeview purposely and willfully caused a financial hardship to me as the customer due to their irresponsibility and inability to listen to me as the customer
This is NOT acceptable, the refund of $has to be sent to my home address immediately to take care of medical bills that were not paid due Ridgeview Medical Center incompetence
