Ridgeview Plumbing

We had called Ridgeview Plumbing for a leak in the water line. Phone response was quick but actual show time was couple of days late. After numerous calls and given assurance to the Ridgeview that we had stopped the water leak but they should come and fix the problem. The leak was fixed along with couple of minor repairs.

Ridgeview did not have necessary part with them on the truck, we ended up providing parts from our supply! For an hour of site time the charges were way out of line and outrageous. I would not recommend Ridgeview and most definitely suggest that one should agree on estimated cost before engaging Ridgeview Plumbing for any job.
