On November 8, I placed a porcelain tile order with this company The invoice number was ***, dated 11/8/2016, for a total amount of $100% of this invoice was paid on my *** credit card at the time of order
They indicated that we could pick up this product within 8-business days and they would call us when the product came in I told them that this delivery date was fine *** *** not scheduled to start my renovation until November 24,
I did not hear from Ridgeway, so I called them on Novand was told that the product was scheduled to be in on November 25th and she would call me when it arrived
We did not hear from them so I stopped at their store on November 26th to pick it up and was informed that the delivery truck was turned back at the Canadian border They indicated the revised delivery date was now November 30, and it would be available on the morning of Dec1st
I called them on Nov30th to see if it had arrived yet

We had a contract with Ridgeway to install a kitchenCabinets were ordered, some delivered, and attempted to install before we noticed a significant problem with sizeWe stipped their work, and attempted to resolve the problem by reordering the proper size cabinetsAt this point all communication ceased, and they had taken all money from our *** for payment scheduled in contractWork was never completed and when we contacted them to find our details, ***, the owner, said they were doneLess than 50% of the job was done and some cabinets were the wrong sizeThe size error was the the fault of our designer, who tried to help us at first, but then went absentSo we were left to deal with RidgewayWe asked *** to refund payments as the job was not done and they had all our moneyAfter quite a lengthy process involving *** Canada and *** Worlwide, we receive the last payments back and Ridgeway was given over $from the first paymentThis was to purchase the cabinets and h

We had ordered 2,sqft of wide x 3/thick white oak engineered hardwood for a total of $16,including HST
On February 06, I put a deposit of $4,on my *** *** and another $4,on my *** *** *** for a total deposit of $8,for half of the total amountThe description on the invoice received was Engineered Flooring, Custom Run Engineered Flooring, Stain to confirmed sample, I asked for a revised invoice to reflect the details of the product iebrand, size, type etcas I would like to have evidence of exactly what I am paying for I received something but not an invoice showing X3/engineered flooring***

I purchased a Quartz countertop from Ridgeway at the end of July and have been very disappointed with their customer serviceThey have no idea what to do or how to respond when problems ariseThere have been a series of issues: the countertop was installed on an angle, the under-mount sink has holes in the silicone sealing it to the counter and was installed uneven all the way around (recessed in some areas and protruding from under the counter in other areas), the installers got caulking on my new hardwood floors wrecking the finish in spots, the "free sink with purchase" was damaged, and the white countertop has a cut as well as marker and pencil lines sealed into itOf all these issues the only ones I was concerned about was the installation of the counter and sinkI informed the owner and the manager of the installation problems and was told to "leave it with them"When I never heard back I tried to follow up by calling but was always sent straight to voicemailThis is how they have responded to all of my callsAfter weeks they finally came out to reinstall the counterI am still waiting to hear about my sinkMy contractor and I have tried contacting them as this has delayed my renovations and left me without water in my kitchen for weeks now! No one has returned any of our callsI am dumbfounded by their exceptionally poor customer serviceI have since found out that although they have not seen it, they believe the installation of the sink is "not horrible enough" to warrant a re-installationIf I had known their standard for installation was "not horrible" I never would have given them my business
Dealing with this company has been nothing but a painThere are too many kitchen & bath stores out there to put up with terrible serviceI have read some other reviews saying that they offer the "best prices"; however, many other stores offer the same pricing - you just have to do a bit of research***!

*** We hired Carmen, the owner, and Ridgeway Design Centre to put granite into our countersDuring install, they cracked the counters in four different places around the sinkFurther, Carmen made the executive decision of using different kinds of granite in our kitchen instead of just the one we pickedWho does that? I placed an order for floors back in April We hot the floors but the company credit card was charged twice I called, emailed qnd visited the store to olve this issue They gave many excuses and ignored all communications *** Please help me with this
