For those that were owed money by Tom Ridgeway and can t find him.He works out at LA Fitness in Turnersville, NJ at nights after 9pm. It's very sad to read these very bad reviews of Mr.Ridgeway and his business. When you own a business you should be very insightful as to do the right things for your customers and one of them is to return calls and be responsive to there needs especially when you have given them money.the Revdex.com had not stamped his business with an approval so right there that tells you alot about Mr.Ridgeway and his business. IF you have been cheated by Mr.Ridgeway contact your Revdex.com this way a record can be made and seen by people who have no knowledge of him.

Review: A $9,500 deposit was given at time of signing contract for HVAC work to be installed. The owner [redacted] deposited the money but has disappeared. No work was completed and not able to contact the business.Desired Settlement: I would expect a full refund of the $9,5000 deposit.

Review: On April 21, 2014, Tom Ridgway of Ridgway Heating & Cooling contracted to install central air at my place of residence. A deposit of $1,000 was made, with the balance due to be paid upon completion. Mr. Ridgway informed me that the work would be performed by the end of the week. It was not. The following week, I was informed via text message that the work would be performed at the end of the week. Again, it was not. Mr. Ridgway has told me numerous times that the work would be performed but it still has not been. On or around May 24, Mr. Ridgway stopped responding to any and all messages and/or phone calls. On June 16, and again on June 23, I notified Ridgway Heating & Cooling that I wanted a refund of my deposit. Mr. Ridgway still has not responded.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of my $1,000 deposit.
