Ridgeway Roofing

Review: [redacted] (owner of Ridgeway Roofing) done a inferior job on my roof. I had an inspector come and check it only to find out the roof is not to city code. Roof will not survive the coming winter. I have contacted my insurance company about it, but they do not cover the installers errors. I have to have the roof all torn off and redone at my expense. My siding was destroyed, gutters were destroyed. I had [redacted] out to give me a bid to return it back to the condition it was in before [redacted] put two men on the roof without supervision. I checked with Labor and Industry to find out [redacted] was NOT licensed at the time of my roofing job. It had expired in Oct. 31, 2013. My job was done on June 9, 2014. He did not have Contractor Registration because it expired on Jan. 5, 2014. Contacted the Revdex.com to find out Ridgeway Roofing has an "F" rating for licensing issues in the past, and a complaint that has NEVER been resolved. Labor and Industry shows he has waived his workerscomp because there is no policy on file. When another party had him do their roofing job, he was asked for his credentials and that is when he applied for his license. July 22,2014. Little over a month after he did my jobDesired Settlement: I am requesting Mr. [redacted] return my money so I can hire a new contractor who can actually do the job properly. If he can't resolve this like his past complaints, then I have all the documents to take him to District Court.
