In response to the complaint by the two owners of the *** ***, all of he issues were being addressed at the time their complaint was submitted to you In order to complete all the repairs on the vehicle, parts had to be
special ordered Once parts were received, the repairs were completed and the truck was Virginia State inspected All parts and labor were paid by the dealership. The truck was returned to the customers as soon as possible
