Review: Contractors were working in my co-op building's apartment under the direction of the building's management. The work can be described as general constructing and plumbing work.

I asked to see their license to perform their scope of work, because the quality of the work wax very poor. They left my apartment and returned without the requested license and insurance information.

The toilet leaks, the the bathtub stoppage doesn't work, the bathtub faucet isn't secure, the window is overtightened, the bathroom door doesn't close, the painting isn't finished, and I can document all of this with pictures. Many of these mistakes run afoul of building code.Desired Settlement: I paid these contractors $1,950.00, for which I have a receipt.

I wish to have these mistakes fixed, as well as monetary compensation for work that I paid to have done by other contractors following the departure of the contractors in question.

I can provide the communication between management and I confirms that the work is incomplete.
