Hello Unfortunately there seems to be something out of place We only have a voicemail message from [redacted] on February 2, That same day, we returned his call and sent him an emailWe called him again today and left our 7th voicemailWe do not have an alternate number for the customer In his voicemail, he only left the number that is listed on his account and in his complaint

Upon receipt of this complaint we immediately contacted the customer This complaint has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction

Following receipt of the complaint, we quickly contacted the customer We have worked out the problem and resolved it in a manner that is mutually satisfactory for both parties

The company can simply resolve the matter by covering LSA warrantyI bought the impact/drill combo from [redacted] Canada and their website does NOT state that you have to register within days to be eligible for LSA warranty
