Review: Smoke fills my house when I attempt to use the fireplace.

I believe [redacted] closed off the wrong side of my chimney.

Just want him to correct the problem.

Been calling him since October 2014.Desired Settlement: I just want [redacted] to come over reinspect the chimney. He closed off one side with a permanent seal, which I believe might have been the wrong one to be sealed. I would just appreciate him correcting what might need to be corrected and he can also do a chimney cleaning for the inconvenience. I just want my fireplace to be in working condition.
